Who can order
Millennium Concepts Caregivers serves patients 18 and older who hold a valid physician's recommendation for medical cannabis, and adults 21 and older purchasing under California adult-use rules. A government-issued photo ID must be presented at delivery and must match the name on the order.
We verify every recommendation number before dispatch. If our team cannot verify it, the order is held and you are contacted — nothing is charged in that case, because payment happens in person.
Testing and labelling
Every batch is tested by an independent, licensed laboratory for cannabinoid potency, terpene profile, pesticides, residual solvents, heavy metals, microbial contamination and moisture. The batch number printed on your package matches the certificate of analysis we hold for that harvest.
Potency figures are shown as a percentage of THC and CBD by weight for flower and concentrates, and as milligrams per piece for edibles. Edible onset typically takes 45 to 90 minutes — start low and wait before taking more.
Privacy and discretion
We collect only the details needed to verify eligibility and complete delivery: your name, phone number, delivery address, recommendation number and a record of what you ordered. Order records are retained for the period required by state licensing rules and are never sold.
Packages leave the dispensary sealed, unmarked and odour-neutral. Drivers never discuss contents at the door, and because payment is taken in person, nothing appears in a card statement or bank feed.
Delivery and returns
Minimum order is $50 (14 g). Delivery is $6, and free on orders over $100. Orders placed before 9 PM are usually delivered the same evening. We deliver only within South Los Angeles. Drivers may decline delivery if identification cannot be verified or if the address is outside our licensed delivery zones.
Sealed items that arrive damaged, incorrect or short are replaced or refunded in full when reported the same day. For health and safety reasons, opened cannabis products cannot be returned. Contact us at (949) 351-3624 to resolve any issue.
Safe use
Cannabis affects people differently. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets, and store them in a cool, dark place. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication or managing a heart condition, speak with your physician before use.
Cannabis is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. This site is a demonstration storefront: the dispensary name, licence number, address and phone number are placeholders to be replaced with your own.
