What to have ready
Your recommendation and ID
The driver checks the recommendation number on your order against a government ID. Both names must match.
Payment at the door
Debit or cash — your driver carries a reader. Nothing is charged when you place the order.
A two-hour window
Choose your window at checkout. We text you the moment the driver leaves the dispensary.
Ready for the first delivery?
Build a bag, pick a window, and have your recommendation number to hand. A pharmacist is on the line until 10 PM if you'd like help choosing.
